Excellent location near Termini station made sightseeing very convenient. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options like sweet pastries and fresh fruit, including strawberries. Cleanliness stood out throughout the stay. The breakfast hours were not clearly communicated, and there was noticeable noise from nearby restaurants, particularly at night. While the air conditioning worked well, it needed servicing .

I was thrilled by how close we were to the main transport links, just a short 5-minute walk to the central train station! The cleanliness of our Triple Room was excellent, with modern furniture that felt fresh and inviting.

The staff was very amiable and amazingly efficient!

Came here for 2 nights with my family, had a very very good stay. The hotel's position was excellent, just next door to local restaurants, many main sights and Termini station. I saw a medieval church, that's at a walking distance from the venue.

The shower size was disappointing!!! The area felt a bit dodgy at night, and noisy guests ruined our sleep!!! Charging city tax by credit card should be an option for convenience!!!

Everyone here was very friendly.

I liked this peaceful and modest hotel, it did not disappoint. Place was clean, everything was fine. Also, location was perfect and excellent, just a short walk away from a public square. Btw, went to city center, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

I really enjoyed the delicious homemade cakes and fresh coffee at breakfast.

One downside was the occasional lingering smell from the nearby restaurant, particularly when the window was open, which dampened the fresh air experience.
